Help me see through the illusion
of Self, and Other.
Drop the veils of Perception
From the Eyes of my Heart
And let me feel the Oneness
That permeates all Being
That plays out this Part.
For I am caught in the illusion
Pain-body so tight.
Shadows of old fright, plague me at night.
Thank God, I know better.
I've heard Truth's Song.
It's a scratchy old song—replayed too many times.
Give me a fresh melody of Oneness
For THIS moment, and this, and this moment too.....
Sky of Mind, Body of Truth.
No Self, no Other, only Ruth.
